Physical Therapy

An evaluation will be performed based on your goals and a collaborative treatment plan will be created. This include several assessments such a range of motion, strength, balance, and gait mechanics.

Kelley Urionaguena

Dr. Kelley was born and raised in Susanville, CA. Her family has been in the Sierra high desert for three generations. Growing up in a small town, she understands the importance of giving back to the community and that small businesses drive the overall prosperity of society. She looks forward to putting forth her contribution.

She began her journey into healthcare by receiving a BS in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 2012. She then achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno in 2018. At Fresno, she wrote papers promoting patient self-efficacy in healthcare and the importance of providing education about pain science.
